We recognise that it is not without difficulty trying to start and maintain a plastic free lifestyle in today’s world and hope that Sero Zero Waste can help the Newport community reduce their plastic waste by refilling with us!

We offer a local click and collect service and an online shop.

Due to the easing of the current lockdown restrictions across Wales we are now able to invite our customers to shop with us without an appointment. We will accept 2 households in the shop at any one time will strict 2 meter social distancing being followed.

We are Newport's first zero waste shop - Come Take a Look!

Nestled between the second hand bookshop and the brew house cafe, you’ll find Tredegar House's grade II listed barn which saw its doors flung open wide to see our little shop hustling and bustling with life.
We sell refillable dry whole foods, local produce such as bread, baked goods, milk and British grown flowers as well as all our current refillable and sustainable products!

Sero's Click and Collect Service

You can now order what you want online and then pick up in store! You're welcome to drop containers off with us one day and pick up another (or even drop off and pick up after a walk round the park).

Don't have time to drop off your containers? We can pack your food in reusable paper bags, however if you are after liquid refills you will need to purchase a bottle with us. Our 500ml glass bottles can be found here or our reusable 250ml option is available here!

Clean bottles can be returned to us in store for your money back!
